The wait is over. It’s time to look back at the happy hours that defined your year with 2025 Ali’s List Wrapped, our annual celebration for all those who create and indulge in happy hours from Carpinteria to Goleta. Spotify has nothing on us. Well, except for the personalization part. I can’t tell you your happy hour age or genre BUT I can tell you what we loved in 2025. With no further adieu, I present Ali’s List Wrapped 2025.

- Boathouse for two years running with 1,595 views
- Lure Fish House as the close runner up with 1,529 views
- FisHouse edging out 2024’s third place La Paloma with 1,496 views
- La Paloma remains in the top 5 with 1,121 views
- Los Agaves on De La Vina is the leading Mexican restaurant with 1,118 views
- The Black Sheep busting into the scene with its all-night happy hour at 1,083 views
- Gala maintaining its top 10 spot with 1,030 views
- Clark’s Oyster Bar debuted well in 2025 with 988 views
- Lion’s Tale built up a following to enter the top 10 with 921 views
- La Playa Azul rounding out the top 10 (it’s an SB institution) with 843 views
What does this tell us about our happy hour habits?
- We are SO coastal. Apparently we love our seafood and our ocean views. But who can blame us?
- Snacks are important. Delicious cocktails are one part of the equation but a savory small bite never hurt anyone.
- We are a pretty consistent bunch, but not immune to a shiny new object. Boathouse, Lure, La Paloma, Gala, Los Agaves on De La Vina, and FisHouse all stayed in the top 10 for 2024 and 2025. But Black Sheep, Clark’s, and Lion’s Tale all piqued our interests as the new kids on the block.
